I highly recommend Seashore Construction for their residential roofing. We had a tough job, and price wise, we got 3 quotes and Seashore was right in the middle. Drew was great and super communicative which was appreciated. Scheduling the job was easy, there was a bit of a dip in communication once the contract was signed but that happens. Once scheduled, the team showed up way earlier than originally scheduled but hard to be mad at that, even if it was super early. We are just finishing up a large project with Seashore Construction. We had them do a new roof, new black windows, and new James hardie siding on our existing home. Throughout the process everyone involved has been great. While I probably could have coordinated the project myself with various smaller sub contractors I feel hiring seashore for the above was more than worth it as they oversaw the project from start to finish and allowed us to go about our lives vs being fully involved in everything. This company did an excellent job replacing the composite decking at my shore property. Communication has been both thorough and pleasant. I thought the pricing was fair. I highly recommend them.
We just had our 30 year old windows replaced by Seashore Construction and we couldn't be more pleased. From the initial meeting, to discuss windows and options, through to installation everything was professional, efficient and timely. The men arrived on time and got started right away. Explained things as they went along and pointed out things to explain why certain things were happening. Done in less than 6 hours. New door and framing and a few resealing of windows and stone, siding. The job looks really good. I feel like i got great treatment throughout the entire process.
