Dave was very professional and helpful providing us basic education with what to do and how often to change the filter. Very friendly easy to talk to and understand.
We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah and her team. We recently opened a small interior design studio in downtown Gloucester, and when we ran into an issue with the AC during a particularly hot stretch, they were incredibly responsive and were able to send Dave out right away. Dave was communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, and the space is now much more comfortable for us, and our design clients. The Tech arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and informed us the it would take one to three days to arrive. The office kept us updated and three days later the office called and told us the part was in and could come the next day to install it. The tech showed up on time installed the part and made sure it worked properly. We have been a customer of seashore for over 6 years and are happy to recommend them.
