I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter because she was having ear pain, but unfortunately my insurance was out of network. Even though we couldn't be seen, Dr. Alaas took the time to explain what warning signs to watch for and let me know when she might need to go to urgent care if her pediatrician couldn't see her on Monday.
