I really look forward to my workouts and appreciate the trainers who are more like coaches, encouraging me to do my best and making sure I do exercises properly for great results and to avoid any injury. Village Fitness isn't your typical gym, it's more like a friendly local spot to be known and get healthy!
I found my fitness home. Great small friendly environment with excellent work outs!
