Their attention to snow removal is the worse. Twice during the last 2 storms I have not gotten my sidewalk cleared. the same story when you call their office. we have 9 communities to take care of and we will send someone to clean. RJS Heritage Creek Milton DE

Have had a good experience with Seascape as our property manager over the last 3-4 years. Very responsive to our concerns and helped us navigate through difficult times with the pandemic rules and mandates. If there are negative reviews, it’s most likely due to a misunderstanding by homeowners of responsibilities between the builder and property management.
This Company may be among the worst, if not the worst Property Management Companies at the Beach. They have assumed a degree of arrogance and non responsive commensurate with the relationship between a guard and his prisoners.
