I have been coming to Seascape since it opened. We enjoyed a fantastic wedding weekend of my son to his bride BUT, the overall condition of the resort has deteriorated. Landscaping needs serious work, our large comfortable villa was original and in need of serious updating. Broken screens on both sliders to patio, mold in shower stall caulking, spider webs galore. I have stayed many times at your resort and always had great customer service with your staff until our stay on Friday. Very rude and insulting young men working the beach area. From his condescending tone and words to our ride back to our condo carrying our disabled friend slamming chair into the cart behind her back in fear of her safety. His attitude was we were putting him out. When he left us off no help was offered not a word as he sped off. Very very disappointed with your resort

Great location. Given the great location Reg don't have to try very hard. I'd give it a "meh"
Absolute magic from beginning to end. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms and service were impeccable. The grounds are beautiful and accessible. The restaurant, food and staff made for memorable dining. All in all a fabulous experience. I can't wait to go back again.
