This is a great place to come for your pet needs. These folks know their stuff, are helpful, kind and down to earth. I brought my children here to purchase fish when they were little, kept a Marine tank or three...and now bring my grandchild here. Its a wonderful place. <3

I have been stopping in to the store and buying things they are for decades. They it's always the same people. So of course they recognize you after a while. They have very fair prices on most things. I have never seen dead fish there. They have an enormous selection of gravel and trees and branches and background and fish tanks and designs. Horrible service and store. Dead fish in the tanks. Bought 6 fishes from them next day one died- refused to exchange or give money back. Will not recommend and definitely will not be back.

This place has gone down hill. Bought over priced fish that died in two days, and they don’t give money refunds. I personally would not put another fish from their store and risk my fish again. They tried telling me it’s my tank every other fish I have recently bought from pet stores that have clean tanks are doing fine. I recommend petco, normally I’d give a family owned place but it seems no one in the Sarasota area wants to care for their fish anymore.
