I’ve lived here for a while and used to love this community- it was quiet, relaxing, and felt like a little slice of paradise. Unfortunately, that’s completely changed. The new owners have converted a large number of apartments into short-term Airbnb rentals, and it now feels more like a revolving-door hotel than a residential complex. There are strangers in and out constantly, sometimes large groups with loud kids, and the pool is rarely peaceful anymore. EDIT ON 8/28/2025: RENTERS BEWARE! The Seascape Apartments property is scamming its tenants and is lying to get new tenants in. They are renting apartments in buildings that are legit falling apart and receiving daily code violations from the Town of Palm Beach Shores… yet lying to tenants months ago to rent units that still have all these exposed rebars and completely broken patios with crime scene tape blocking everything. EDIT ON 2/9/2025: Balconies have fallen apart and almost fell on tenants despite tenants constantly telling the owners their buildings are deteriorating. When are these owners going to realize they could seriously injure or kill someone with their gross negligence and recklessness. Tenants have organized here officially to protect their rights and ownership is in very big trouble and has major liability.
