This place started out very nice. Then new owners purchased the place a few years ago and raised all long term tenants rent by 75%… to make matters worse their buildings are falling apart, plumbing is an issue, they keep taking away amenities and just keep making this place worse and worse. The only 2 good things about this place is my neighbors & property manager Robin. Asides from that this is an overpriced community by at least $500/month. They treat you like trash. My wife and I have been living here a little over two years. The first year and a half was terrible due to poor management. New property management is great now, good communications and service. Updated 10/12/2023 Robin always come through if there’s a problem, we consider her a friend. Wish she wouldn’t work so much!
Pictures share reality of the living conditions in units. I've been here almost two years and this is what it looks like. Once they lock you in a lease, charges fluctuate with utilities and issues needing fixing don't get fixed and when they do only temporary solution to a permanent problem. You'll be required to pay an additional charge for high speed internet service, yet the internet provider doesn't offer high speed internet service, only wifi which is consistently going out.
