EDIT ON 2/9/2025: Balconies have fallen apart and almost fell on tenants despite tenants constantly telling the owners their buildings are deteriorating. When are these owners going to realize they could seriously injure or kill someone with their gross negligence and recklessness. Tenants have organized here officially to protect their rights and ownership is in very big trouble and has major liability. This place started out very nice. Then new owners purchased the place a few years ago and raised all long term tenants rent by 75%… to make matters worse their buildings are falling apart, plumbing is an issue, they keep taking away amenities and just keep making this place worse and worse. The only 2 good things about this place is my neighbors & property manager Robin. Asides from that this is an overpriced community by at least $500/month. They treat you like trash.
