Seascape has a rodent infestation and refuses to fix the problem. I do not recommend anyone to live here if they have kids, a family, or basic standards to cleanliness. If I could post photos of rats I would.
Seascape: The good, the bad, and the ugly. We've lived at Seascape since September 2025. Thus far, our experience has been subpar. The pros: Seascape has an amazing location. You're a two-minute drive from the freeway, Ralphs is just down the street, and it's just up the road from the beach. Poinsettia Park is only a few minutes' walk away, which has some nice walking trails and a dog park. Location-wise, this place is exceptional. Cons: Paper thin walls, black mold, old rusted appliances. Pros: Quiet neighborhood, clean, nice landscaping, great pool and gym, maintenance people are quick and on point.
I have loved living here and enjoy the beautiful space and nice amenities. Parking is plentiful, it’s quiet and the maintenance staff is GREAT! Anytime something needs repairing in our unit, the crew has been amazing. Peter and Kendal are super kind and professional, and work very quickly.
