Seascape has been my home for 6 years now and truly there is no place like home. . A beautiful community with useful amenities and exemplary groundskeepers. Like being at Disneyland when the street lights go on. That all is lovely but what truly makes living here almost magical is the quality and care of the Service Maintenance Manager Alex...he and his team are what makes this my home. New resident at Seascape and it has been amazing, Leah was so kind helpful and patient during my experience moving in! Not only Leah but all the staff have been super kind and helpful, I met the Service Manager Alex who is extremely kind and helpful as well! The grounds and community are highly cared for and catered to, it feels like a resort!
The overall location is great, maintenance is so friendly and helpful, and the renovated hardwood units are really nice. This can be a great place to live all depending on the location of your unit. I can not stress enough to stay clear of signing for any of the open units near the amenities. There is a large group of older kids who run around the complex with no supervision resulting in them SCREAMING at the top of their lungs for hours on end daily, cursing and flipping people off. Seascape is an amazing place to live. It’s amazing how beautiful this property is kept always green creating a beautiful atmosphere. It’s conveniently located near Poinsettia Park and the beach. We also love our neighbors every one is friendly and to top It off Maintenance here is quick to tackle any situation big or small, quickly and Professional, Alex in Maintenance is amazing and a great asset to this property.
