I would like to compliment the Maintenance Department at the Irvine Company Seascape Apts in Carlsbad. Both Kendall and Peter are absolutely amazing!! I have never lived at a place where I have felt that whatever goes wrong it will be handled and both these gentlemen go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Seascape has a rodent infestation and refuses to fix the problem. I do not recommend anyone to live here if they have kids, a family, or basic standards to cleanliness. If I could post photos of rats I would.
