We spent a long family holiday (6 weeks) in Sunset Wave with 10 people. It was our 6th stay in a villa on the Gulf Coast - by far the best ever. Sunset Wave tops everything we have experienced in the past. And the management by Seasalt Properties couldn't be better. Whatever issue came up was solved within one day. Thank you so much, Hendrik and Steve. If we will ever plan a similar event in the future, there is only one choice: Sunset Wave and Seasalt Properties!

I worked with Theresa Wilson at Seasalt Properties and had an amazing experience my first time buying a home. We found a recently renovated property in St Petersburg meeting all my criteria. Qualities that made Theresa stand out as were her relatability and negotiating skills. I never felt like she put her interest above mine while also negotiating me a deal $4k less than appraisal including a brand new roof. Overall couldn’t be happier or recommend her highly enough!
