Tech Armando was punctual and nice, very helpful and concerned about our situation. He managed to explain our dire situation to the upper office to resolve our problem.
Bottom drawer was collecting ice on lip of freezer drawer.. Cleaned gaskets on freezer drawers and put Vaseline on gaskets to create a better seal. No charge since I have maintenance warranty.
