First off this isnt the right platform, which goes along with this experience. Do not get me wrong, the technicians have not been bad. This service will reschedule without asking. It has taken way over 3 months to repair my oven...still not fixed by the way. When you call, in most do not speak english clearly enough, will hang up on you, leave you on hold it ridiculous. My favorite...can not get you to the right department.
Our technician was amazing! He found what the problem was when two previous technicians did not. It was an easy fix. Highly recommend!
