I write a review before I ran a load of towels through the washer. I had fo spin them a second time. We're not dripping but will take longer than normal to dry. The service man was great . The washer still does not spin correctly. What do I do now?
Horrible experience . Washer is still not fixed after 3 visits and over 3 weeks . The technician replaced a valves after the last visit and didn’t turn the washer on to see if it worked . The tech left and it is still not working properly . We called him back and he said we would have to make a separate claim for the 3rd issue with this washer . I will never purchase another warranty from Lowe’s . Also this tech was very rude when asked to come through our garage instead of tracking dirt through our house .
Andrew was very helpful he checked the icemakers problem and ordered the part. After it was shipped to us, he returned and installed the ice maker part. I appreciate his assurance.
Eli was very polite, kind , professional and informative. He was able to fix the issue quickly and got the dryer to works I’m very pleased with his work!
