Horrible customer service. I had someone come and repair a seal on m front load washer and when it was ut back togehter something if off and now it won't spin and drain. I called customer service and asked them to come next day Saturday to fix their mistake and Sears refuses to make it right b squeezing in an emergency appt to fixtheir error. They want me to lose money and take time off work to accomodate their schedule to correct their mistake. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Website is slow, unorganized, Cluttered, extremely difficult to navigate and on top of that I wanted to add items to our wedding registry and was directed to "Save your way" login. I don't have a membership nor do I want one with SaveYourWay but the "No thanks" option must have been broken. So then me and my fiance went directly to the store to add items and their scanner was impossible to use. Within one hour we were able to scan three items. This facility is conveniently located near the Stratford Mall, with easy in/easy out parking lot close to the door. While grossly understaffed each time I visited, this repair center does exactly what it advertises: Repairs equipment and appliances as well as stocking equipment and common parts and accessories. Wait time for service is not as daunting as the wait time just to be served while standing in line, but in my opinion, well worth it.
