They make you wait forever and they always trying to get money out of you of any small little things ..
WHAT A HOAX! I ordered a fridge a month ago. First time they delivered the wrong item. This time, after two weeks, they made wait 2 hours for delivery, never called me and when I called them they said the delivery truck broke down and they can't deliver my item for another few days! Friends and family had told me to stay away from Sears all together and I didn't listen. Now I'm telling you to do so. You must listen! Do not trust this company. No wonder they are going out of business.
Some not perfect product some empty brand commercial also not many people there sears Hayward need improvement fix this service must made in USA � some products electric kind and shoes more etc must quality
Extremely disappointing customer service and whoever who was handling my exchange. It's been almost a week and my issue has still not been resolved. Spoke to more then 5 agents only to get the same response. Service, Order and exchange process needs to be reevaluated! Won't be making any future orders with Sears anymore.
