They lied about what is required prior to a mattress getting delivered. Not once was I told to break down and remove bed frame. I asked a couple different times if I needed to get rid of my bed frame. No, I was told that the bed frame for my new bed had legs that can be removed and placed in another spot to work around my existing bed frame. Sears customer service is very good...
Looking for a lawyer to help us. Because Sears filed bankruptcy their insurance will no longer help us. We took our vehicle in for tire change and a tech broke the shifter on our 99 Chevy Tahoe leaving us without a vehicle. It is currently in the shop. I suppose we will need to file through bankruptcy court.

Having the worse customer service experience of my life. Sears has delivered 3 washers, all which leak. I requested to return it since it was within 30 days and customer service said try another. She specifically said the 30 days was from the date of the last delivery, not the first, which made sense, so I believed her. Now I'm told it's day 34 and I'm stuck with a washer that leaks everywhere during the spin cycle and I'm experiencing property damage.
