EDITED - 3 Star The GM called and talked over what had gone wrong, indicated he identified the staff members that required additional training and was willing to make things right. We decided though that we would buy from Best Buy instead. Delivery team wouldn't set up my machines (5 days after I bought them & paid for the delivery set up service), salesman sold me a oven power cord, got another cord & that one didn't have ground screws. Delivery guy said he would be back the next day with all the right things. Never called, never showed. Needless to say I returned everything, went to Lowes, got FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY & SET UP, for better quality machines for the same price.
