Otis was our salesman. He helped us find an excellent washer and dryer combo for a great price and all of the necessary accessories. He was very knowledgeable on the products and services offered through Sears. I am extremely pleased with our service and will be going back to solve more of my appliance needs.
The washer and dryers could be better organized and the men's bathroom was gross. Tony and Ben were awesome and took care of me and my family.
Vincie was very helpful didn't buy tonight but I will Sunday when Vincie is back.
Tony assisted us and not only was he very personable but he was very patient with all of our questions.
With help from our salesperson Tony, we were able to find the right fridge for us. He was very helpful with the process, seemed very knowledgeable about the appliances that they had in store and was extremely polite. We will definitely be going back when we need another appliance. Great experience!
Vince is a very knowledgeable and courteous employee. However, we were told that we would be able to choose the time of delivery, and that was incorrect. If we had known that, we would have scheduled delivery for another day. Also, some of our information was missing (that we needed the refrigerator hooked up). The salesman that helped us name was Otis!!! This guy went above and beyond to help with our purchase today!!! Also Susan took time out to help us by asking if we needs anything and greeted us with a smile!!!
