THIS STORE IS THE BEST FOR PRICING ON MEN'S AND WOMEN CLOTHING. THE STAFF IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT AND IT IS A WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. WELL WORTH THE TRIP AND THE MONEY SPENT.

I have been going here for years, even as far back as the 80s when my mom took me. They almost always have something in stock that works for us in a healthy budget for our family. Highly recommend it. Our latest purchase is a washing machine. I walked in expecting the old fashioned washing machines and was not so pleasantly surprised to find that it's not like that anymore. Not only does this location have great prices but the staff is amazing. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful! We were able to find exactly what we wanted at an awesome price! The sales associates even went out of their way to help me find the stacking kit to match my washer/dryer set! I highly recommend shopping this location!

If you are looking for an appliance this is the place to go. They have what you need. Very nice selection, high end appliances for a very good price. They provide delivery, installation, and will dispose of the old appliances for you as well. If they don't have what you need on that particular visit, no worries, they will let you know when the piece you are looking for becomes available (it will be worth the wait). Horrible customer service! Shipped parts that I ordered to the wrong state. Manager refuses to take or return my calls. They have never sent my order to me and will not refund my money. When I called Sears customer service, the store manager lied to them and told them that he took care of the problem. I still do not have my parts or a refund. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. When the store manager got the dispute he overnighted a couple of oddball parts (nothing even close to what I ordered) and sen... read more

I am very very thankful for the new management at sears outlet Tempe AZ. finally the higher management change the aggressive manager TOM he manage sears outlet Tempe and I decided not to buy no more because he is very rude manager. Yesterday... I was amazed with the new management... SHANI is the BEST.. very professional and very helpful...understand the customer needs and try her best to help...
