Shout out the the older lady working that when she asked if I need help and I said no thankyou I'm good just trying to match a spring on my mower.Then proceeded to stand there 3ft. Away in silence and watched my every move like I was going to steal a 50 cent spring..she made me feel very welcome and glad I was a PAYING CUSTOMER.. it's unfortunate I was profiled because of my image (tattoos). I'll go save big money at menards next time.
Sales people know their products- they go above and beyond normal customer service to make sure every customer feels welcome and has their questions answered and needs met. Being 2 stores in 1 building - one being Outlet and the other being Hardware, people get confused and dont realize they operate as 2 separate businesses and registers are not universal--Better division and separation is needed to prevent this confusion.
Just bought a snowblower and grill (weird, I know) and we're very happy with the price, quality, and service. Rudy went out of his way to make us happy.
Spent a lot on new fridge, nothing but problems since. They were no help.
