RecommendedI recently purchased a washer & dryer pair here. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since its scratch and dent, there were no boxes to utilize but they made sure to wrap up everything very nicely! once I got home, and did more research on the models I purchased, I found a cheaper model advertised on their website. ZERO stars! Bought a refrigerator from them on Sunday and it’s Wednesday now had a service man out here because it won’t get cold at all. The service man said that the fridge had a leak and has no freon in it. Called Sears and they wouldn’t even bother to bring us a new one in exchange all they said is we have to bring it back because we didn’t get delivery. Horrible customer service and after we bring this piece of junk there and get our refund We won’t be back!
Bought a scratch and dented (small) refrigerator from the outlet store. The ice cube maker did not work. After four attempts to fix the problem and working with Anita (manager) I was able to get the unit replaced with a new unit. It works great now! Thanks Anita.
