We walked in to the only employee there laying on a couch with her cellphone. She didn't greet us nor anyone that walked in after us. She did manage to move from the couch to the desk but stayed on her cellphone the entire time. When I approached her to ask her about a sectional she was rude and made it very clear that I was inconveniencing her. The place also looked dirty, we left asap and took our business elsewhere!

Love the no credit leasing option
We had such a positive experience today when my husband and I stopped into this store to check out the refrigerators. The manager Chad and the rest of the staff on the floor we're very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a refrigerator and getting next day delivery! I will definitely advise anyone to shop there. We'll be going back for sure!
The staff at this store are friendly, but I have had never worked so hard to obtain functional products I've purchased. I have made two purchases from this store, which included a total of 4 large appliances. I have experienced problems with literally every aspect of this purchase after paying for my products, ranging from non-functioning appliances, no notification of delivery, late delivery, incorrect installation, and a complete inability to reach anyone in customer service to repair appliances and answer concerns related... read more
Second appliance purchase in the last 12 months. Employees are helpful and still give you the opportunity to look around without being pushed. Heather was friendly and helped up find the best refrigerator for our family of 6 that was in our budget. Thank you I can't wait for delivery.
