was surprised when i came in the weather was bad outside and there weren't many cars outside but the people working were still very pleasant. i honestly came in looking for clothes which they don't have but they were able to give me directions to the correct store thank you and hope they stay warm its cold out.

came in frantic was cooking dinner and my stove caught on fire the people working were very helpful they calmed me down and asked a few questions and was able to let me know that the element had gone out and that was why it had flames. the manager let me know that i can always replace the element and that she will help order the part or purchase a new stove. i went with a new stove very happy and at ease now
I've been an outlet customer for 15 years and was surprised and disgusted that I was treated so poorly yesterday by Dave G. Interestingly, he treated a White couple who came in after me with the utmost courtesy and displayed great customer service. Totally racist! I've definitely filed a complaint with the corporate office. It's because of the manager, Ashley I'll consider going back there.
I was in the store this past week and the 2 associates that helped me were AWESOME! They told me all about the appliances and what their store was about! Thank goodness for employees like this!
I came in today looking for a new refrigerator for my mom and received such great service from Kelly Gallegos. She was so awesome to work with! She was very helpful and so friendly! I will definitely refer my family and friends to this store!
I came in to replace my refrigerator for the garage and was absolutely pleased with the services i received. Shantell Marie Dawes was the best csr we could have ever been given. She was on the ball, quick to respond, and respectful. Her attitude and quality are what sold this unit for me. Thank you guys for keeping up the good work.
