Very pleased with this Sear's Outlet management team. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service! After purchasing a washer dryer set and finding it to be defective after installation, the management bent over backwards to help fix the situation. They exchanged the defective unit for one that was more expensive but adjusted the price to make it even cheaper for me. I now have a brand new $2000 set for less than $800!!!
