We just bought a new house and new appliances are a necessity. We've been very happy with the customer service given. In particular, Nicole has been very knowledgeable and patient with our decision making process. I am so glad we stopped in on a whim! Great deals, great selection and great service; can't ask for more than that! We will definitely keep shopping here and recommend that you do too!
My husband and I always go to the Sears Outlet store when we need any kind of appliance. Nicole is the best. Always cheerful and never tries to talk us into something we don't want. Very honest as well. Definitely a good place to go.
For the past few months we have been stopping in almost on a weekly(weekend) basis. Nicole has been with us every step of the way, assisting us and answering all of our questions even when we didn't buy anything. Today we finally bought our first washer and dryer set, and of course Nicole was there to help.
