Would not buy any appliances from them. issues with a brand new appliance and the service we have received has been terrible. I am still without a fridge after a week because the one we purchased had issues and the repair person never showed up to fix it
RecommendedYour delivery guys were absolutely incredible getting a really difficult sectional into our townhome. As stressful as the situation was, Roy and Ian had tried every single option without giving up and finally got it in the house. I was blown away at the patience and professionalism they had during a very stressful situation.
Vinh was knowledgeable and made it easy to purchase. We stopped here on the way to another store and they had a better price on the same item!
We have bought 3 appliances and a mattress and have been very happy everytime. I would recommend going into the store vs online, because of the multiple location across US selection. great site and friendly each time we're went in.
this store is terrible. I purchased a refrigerator and then 1.5 hours later i was told they don't have it, even though they charged me for it. I have to wait until I'm refunded the money they already charged me in order to purchase a new one. how in 2019 do you NOT know if you have something in stock or not and HOW do you charge someone for something you DO NOT actually have to sell? this should be illegal.
