Dr. Cook is great. Other than that, the customer service was horrible. I called to inquire on the status of my contact order. I was made to feel that I was bothering them, they spent a lot of time explaining to me how busy they were. (I called at 1:00 on a Monday afternoon). I said that I was sorry, I just needed to know if my order was ready.
