worst experience. Terrible svc ever. Bought 2 identicle glasses with 2 insurance coverages. Everytime I told her my problem she insisted I was wrong. Either she was too lazy to fix it or not experience enough. Waited for mgr too long so finally left. Mgr isn't any better. Instead of helping she just tells the girl to do it. Was there over an hour. Now have to go back to fix my uncomfortable glasses again. Why should I have to fix my own glasses that are newly bought! Buyer beware...use someone else. Anybody else is better. T... read more
I bought 2 pairs regular and sun glasses. Was going to use my insurance for contacts but decided not to after I paid my glasses in full. This lady says that I would be paying more if I have an insurance. And would not give me a discount. Which their advertising buy one get half off or buy one get one free on selective items. Which I got the one that was supposedly on sale. Never used these people again. Full of lies.
This optical center has a independent doctor office through the Hawaii Vision Associates Group. Sears has great deals on glasses too!
