Absolutely horrible. There are plenty of other options in Washington please go to them instead. I gave them two chances and both times I was denied due to the people at the desk not understanding insurance at all. My father had to call to teach them how to do their jobs the first time, and with his instruction my insurance worked out. The second time I went, they tried to pull the same thing with my insurance, telling me they can’t accept me again. ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses. 2wks no call. called them they said no glasses. few days later she calls says eyeglasses were in but no sunglasses. go to get them. got 2pr reg glasses (ordered by mistake). so girl orders sunglasses. a few days later gierl calls says glasses are in. I'm excited to get sunglasses. get there another pair of reg glasses. I told them unless u have sunglasses in your hand don't call me waste my time. 4days layer still no sunglasses. mgr was getting involved but see that's getting nowhere... read more
Excellent Dr. and the Staff is always very helpful and extremely nice.
My daughter gets her glasses there. I've never seen the actual doctor but the staff are very friendly and helpful. They treat my children very well and work nicely with them. We have been there numerous times needing glasses fixed, lenses put back in, frames fixed and everything else wrong from a child being rough on the their glasses, they've always helped and fixed the problem. Very pleased with the staff there
while waiting to see dr, several people came in with problems. That should have been my first clue. My first lenses were incorrect, the second lenses were incorrect.Everytime I went in,people were there complaining about problems. I just returned my glasses for refund instead of being reexamined a third time, and maybe them being right. The people working out front, especially Lin, were great, and tried to help. I have never had such issues getting my prescription correct, so I am inclined to blame the Dr. I will not go back... read more
