Today at Sears in Heath there was a display little girls shoe for 12.99. It was the only one in my child’s size. We took the shoes to purchase and the cashier cut off the display tag and proceeded to say they were $19.99 and mis marked. They refused to honor the price from the display that was obviously mid marked by an employee. She had to cut the tag off it wasn’t like a customer moved the tag.Manager still refused to honor we walked away. Won’t be back ! Poor customer service!

Tried to return a pair of Dewalt work boots today, bought on 12/17/16, some 20 days ago, never worn, sales clerk would not accept my return because I did not have my receipt and she refused look it up without my original. I should of looked it up right then on my phone but wasn't thinking clear at the time, after I got home I looked it up on my computer and now have it, It even says on the receipt that they will look it it up at the store if you do not have a receipt...Sears, You can do better, you just lost 2 valued custome... read more
I waa just there you failed to honor thier tool warranty. The lady was very snotty towards us. Took his licensce and gave us a gift card with no reciept. Terrible customer service
