Terrible return policy. Especially right after the holidays. Wouldn’t even give me a store gift card for shoes I brought back with the receipt.
Stopped in last week to pick up a measuring tape. Dealt with 3 separate employees. Each were nice & extremely helpful. Best retail experience I've had in a long time. :)
I have always bought major appliances from Sears.A week ago I went to purchase tires for $650 and drove 40 min to get there. The salesman there was so rude. Needless to say he told me Sears was not about putting customers first and this wasn't Burger King, so I couldn't have it my way. I have chosen to go elsewhere. I reported to customer service and they never returned my call as they said they would with 48-72. I will never be back. Christie
Sears is trying to steal my unemployment rights. I worked for the company for 10 years and Kathy Miller fired me because my measly 11.50 an hour was too much. I would have taken any job in the store at the same pay rate but instead they fired me and are lying to the NCESC about it. Do not visit the Concord NC store.
