I am not the type of person to leave unfavorable reviews, but the treatment received today was terrible, and people should know. My family has been going to the Sears Optical in Livonia, MI for over 30 years. They took care of my kids glasses as they were growing up and don't know what I would have done without the warranty option for them. Now my grandchildren have started going and we are always treated with respect and they try everything to meet our families needs.
Great service! Never had any problems. They are always professional and courteous.
