Over the past seven months I have had the worst experience here with their optometrists I have ever experienced in my life. And I have been wearing contacts since I was a teenager, for a total of 15 years and never had issues like these before. I first went in to see an optometrist in January, 2019 for contact lenses and received a bad prescription. So far I’ve had the worse experience trying to get someone to answer the damn phone. I’ve had to call back repeatedly but still no one picked up !! This ,on different days and different times of day !!! I called the one and ONLY number available which gives you a Robo prompter and requested customer service...NO such department but did have Human Resources and someone from “parts” department answered who kindly walked over to optical and someone finally picked up ! I'm picking my glasses up today when they open. I'm excited. The staff here is great, polite, friendly, and extremely nice. Customer service is TOP NOTCH! A+++++++ I was seen by the Dr. and she is amazing! Answered my absurd questions and explained things to me about my eyes in a way I'd understand. I recommend this place. I really do. I'm not just being nice, this is sincere. Thank you Sears Optical! "See" you when you open! And you're open on a Sunday!!! You rock!
