Sears customer service call centers are located in the Philippines. My experience speaking with someone who can barley speak and understand the English language has been infuriating. I bought a new refrigerator and have had 2 defective ones delivered. Had to go to the local store to finally get a possible delivery date for a new model refrigerator. I will never do business with Sears again and will give any negative publicity I can.
