Dr. Malpass is my eyes Doctor for ages. I did switch her ones .... due to my stupidity, and an week later I end up up back onto her office. I love her, and all the staff. They are very friendly, professional and funny too. I am very happy with this place. Higly recommend dr. Malpass.
Great experience on the day of the appointment, today I call and the receptionist wasn't very friendly.
Prescription was way off. I couldn’t even drive at night with my contacts in, it was that bad. When I called to say something about it, the person on the phone made it seem like it was my fault more than anything. I’ve never had to go back to a place because they prescribed me the wrong prescription. Also throughout the exam I felt rushed. Will not be going here again.
Our family has been going to Dr. Malpass for many years. We think she's great! Her office staff is excellent as well.
