The fact I can't leave a 0 is infuriating. This place is awful. The receptionist was the only pleasant part. She was sweet and lovely. The doctor was rude, obnoxious and sexist. Spent the entire trip over talking any answers to his questions, eating (loudly) during the appointment and spent the entire visit complaining about his back. Rather than listening to WHY this visit was taking place. If you're a woman, don't go here. Spend your money elsewhere.

I love coming to this place. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I have had my temple broken twice so far. I bring them in to ask if they can fix it for me and they do it right away with no Fee at all. The doctor is also very friendly and is always making me laugh I highly recommend this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I took my prescription in and ordered a new box of contacts for $75. A few days in I noticed my lenses were uncomfortable after a few hours and my vision was fuzzy. I've worn the same lenses for 2.5 years and have never had a problem. So I decided to try another pair and hopefully it would be better. Unfortunately it wasn't so I called and asked if I could exchange them or just get a refund.
