I took my daughter and my boyfriend here for an exam and glasses. They are super friendly and helpful. My boyfriend needed a repair and they took five minutes to fix it and were able to juggle the other few people there at the same time. It's always a pleasure dealing with them. I will definitely come back when it's time for my own exam.

I came to this Optical place a little over a year ago and saw Dr. Korouna an awesome knowledgeable doctor, unfortunately he was no longer there and the experience has been beyond bad... The lady doctor decided to change my husband's prescription and now we have to drive back, because they can't find the previous doctor's records in order to keep the usual prescription. I've had to go back 3 times to get a pair of glasses that were brand new adjusted. None of the staff actually wears glasses. But yet are trying to fix them. Second time I came the women told me I could go to any location. She was wrong and is giving out false information after visiting another Sears opticial that was privately owned. Great idea pawn your customers off to other businesses that you are not affiliated with. Perhaps you should actually learn all your locations before giving advice you are incorrect about.
