1-star is way too generous for this store. I returned a vacuum cleaner that had a missing bottom cover; they kept me waiting for 40 minutes in the appliance section until they finally processed the return. The item was paid by a gift card and credit card combined. They said they can put the entire return amount on my credit card. I also got a return receipt.
