Wow wow wow. After being told by Lens Crafters and America’s Best that my insurance didn’t cover the cost of my glasses, even after my insurance company called these locations on my behalf, I was ready to give up. My insurance company (Aetna) called me as I was leaving Edison Mall to let me know that Jennifer at Sears Optical knew how to help me. The location is at the far back of Sears near the bathrooms.
