Horrible customer service. We have a 3 pm appt for our 6 yr old. they say the dr is at lunch at 245. He finally comes in at 315 and then goes to the back room on his phone. 10 mins later when the receptionist asks him about our appt, he goes into a yelling fit about some insurance issue where we can all hear him. So we left. Very bad service.
I Love my Optomotrist Dr. Aimee Miller. Aimee is freindly and professional. Always a smile on her face and more importantly she does a thorough Eye exam. I’m so happy she moved out of the mall and is now located in the Gold Circle Optical located at 1606 Niagara Falls Blvd across from Trader Joe’s.
