Very friendly Everyone is very nice. I was having problems with my contacts after going to an eye Dr. at Sam's Club. Dr. O'Neil fixed my prescription and now I can see again! The assistant Josie was friendly and explained my sale options when I purchased my new contacts and glasses.
Great service and very friendly I brought my daughter here for her first contacts they were very through in the exam and really helped her with learning to clean, take in remove and care for contacts ...Highly recommended ...Plus the low eye exam prices is what brought me in ...Great service at a great price
We'll keep going back to them First of all, I totally disagree with the previous review! My husband and I have been going to Sears Optical in Round Lake Beach for several years and have never had a problem. We went to another office for glasses within the past year due to a change in insurance and am going back to get proper vision correction.
Sears Optical I went into this shop to buy a pair of sun glasses. They were very overpriced and the selection was not that great. The staff was more interested in talking to each other rather than assisting me.
