I give this a 5 star experience as long as Lynn Knight is present. She has a great ability to help you pick out your frame to match you. Then, she takes the time to get all your questions answered and completed. Lynn will adjust the glasses as many times need to get it right for you without any negative comments. I give my reading a 4 because I did have someone else attempt to adjust my glasses. They had the glasses standing off my ear and totally unequal after two tries of getting it right. I ordered my & my daughter's glasses on the 11th, today is the 27th and mine have still not come in. I was told 7-10 days when I paid for them. Had I been told they would take OVER 2 weeks "because of the holiday/end of year", I would have gone somewhere else! My daughter's came in in 3 days.
