bad I got there on time, but the optometrist started the exam 40 minutes late, because arrived late. "She didn't plan for traffic" (not a good excuse, since I got there on time in the same traffic) which is just rude. I expect that when I schedule appointments worth 100 dollars (a lot of money for me) for 30 minutes of time, a "professional' would have the courtesy to at least notify their staff and their clients if there will be such a big delay. You can shop and get your car worked on at same time I like coming to Sears because you can get good clothing deals here and if you need your car looked at or new tires put on or get tires rotated, you can get that done too. I like you can have it done while you shop, and usually by the time your done shopping, so is your car.
