Great customer service and great lab! Will not go anywhere else for glasses!!
I have always been happy with my service at the Park Mall location of Sears Optical. The staff is professional and helpful and the manager is really amazing! They are all so friendly. The prices are really good! They help with insurance, inform you of options and upgrades but never make me feel like they are pressuring my to make a purchase I don't want. If I ever had a problem with a pair of glasses they took care of it immediately. I can pop in whenever I need to and they will make adjustments to my glasses......... with a... read more
Excellent prices and staff has great customer service. I was very happy I stopped by and got my eye exam and new pair of glasses. They accept eye insurance just ask if they take yours.
I called to make an appointment for an eye exam, lady answered by asking if I would like to make an appointment for an eye exam. We started to talk about a time and date then she said she was busy could i call back? I have called back three times and was put on hold or was not answered and was asked to leave a message. Why would they ask if I want to make an appointment then asked to call back later to do that?
