My mother has been coming to Sears for years. She recently had knee surgery and was unable to walk the whole way in to pick up her glasses. The girl working actually came out to the car with the glasses and her tools to adjust them. I am so glad Tara took care of my mother. Thats why we come back.
I will not use another eye doctor. Dr. Galanti is an excellent doctor and gives a very thorough exam. My family and I have been going to Sears Optical for over 15 years and trust him completely. Dr. Galanti also gave my autistic son his first eye exam and was so patient and gentle with him, that I would recommend this optometrist to everyone.
