The guy there was more interested in being on a computer and phone than helping customers. once I picked out a floor model he then said were not selling that one??? REALLY si. u went to Home Depot and bought a new set there!!! thanks but no thanks!
I love always going in and shopping here, the employees are great and helpful. The owner is the best and always makes sure we are getting the best deal! My son obviously loves going in too!!

Best service best prices sears is number one!
They sell you garbage and then refused to back their products. Store owner says he only sells them he doesn't back them. Everything you buy from there will break and nothing will ever get fixed.

Everytime i go into this store i am pleasantly surpised on the costumer service these employees give. I went in and bought a washer and Dryer and they were so helpful with answering all my questions.
