Bought a garden tractor, got it home and it would not start. Called the store and they said warranty was only 14 days. WHAT?? Said they would send a repair man at our cost. WHAT? Had a repair man look at it and he found several things wrong. Choke knob and mechanism broken. We fixed. Tire going flat from day one. Kept filling with air. Took tire to a tire repair and they found it was full of gunk, sprayed in there at Sears. They already had a problem with it and tried to cover rather than replace it. WOW. Great customer service. They went out of their way to assist us. Awesome selection - so glad Sears is here in Yankton.
Absolute favorite place to get my tools and appliances. Always have great customer service and are willing to go above and beyond in making sure my needs are met and finding what’s going to fit my style. Recommend everyone go and check them out.
