Beware of doing business here. I will not step into this store ever again. Very bad experience. Always purchased Maytag appliances and they aren’t worth a crap anymore! This store does not stand behind what they sell.

I want to give a shout out to Brenda in the Batesville store. We recently had an issue with a combination washer/dryer and sears was going to have to replace it. It was a PLEASURE working with her and her alone. She really made what would of been a horrible experience a very PLEASANT one. I’m very grateful for her customer service. � Thank you
