We got stuck in a lease that we weren't told about. We would have bought it outright if we had known it was a lease and not deferred payments. Sadly it was the company handling the lease that contacted us with the extra information. 😞 We didn't want to lease an appliance. 😖 It would have been nice if the salesman understood what he was selling so he could inform customers instead of just rushing to get them to sign.

We have shopped sears for years they did us right.
I went to Sears first, than other places checking prices. Prices were about the same but the salesperson's knowledge about the dishwasher made me decide to buy from Sears. I bought it on a Saturday and had it installed on Monday. The competition had to use a third party and was going to take much longer to get a dishwasher. Thanks Sears I'll be back!
Went in for a dishwasher. The service was excellent.
I bought a tool that no other sears had within 50 miles guess it was foe m to meet manager at Plymouth I will travel from Hobart again to deal with this Manager so much different treatment than at most Sears stores today,
