Absolutely. Very friendly, helpful people, especially Schenise. I have used Kenmore appliances for years, and love them. Update: I went back to Sears to pick up the small chest freezer I bought, which they were holding for me. They gave it to another customer even though MY name was on it, and I had already paid for it! I was NOT happy. They apologized and gave me the display model off the floor. They did not give me any discount... I still love Kenmore appliances. I hope this floor display works okay!

Great service and attention by Mrs Shernise Cheeks with purchasing my refrigerator freezer. Could not ask for better service for all of the sales ladies. Will return when other appliances are needed.
The staff at the Statesboro store is so friendly and helpful. I have recommended this store to my sister and my aunt who have made purchases as well. Today Mrs. Schenise Cheeks was able to help my aunt get a refrigerator purchase when ours went out unexpectedly. I know that if we have a need this is where we will come to make our appliance and tool needs.
