We ordered a refrigerator and stove on October 7 to have it delivered on October 11, because they were fully booked. They called on the 11th to tell me the stuff is on back order, when really, they put the wrong order date! So we had had to wait another week to get our appliances. They were supposed to install our refrigerator, and all they did was unwrap it and plug it in. They didn't even hook up the water! They just brought in our stove since they couldn't install gas, and failed to mention that we would need to purchase ... read more

As local general contractor is dodge city I refer all my clients to Sears! Great service, great products and amazing pricing what more can you ask for! Well I recently had to replace my dishwasher so I went right up to Sears personally. I ordered one last Saturday it was delivered Monday as promised, I actually completed the install but their install pricing was pretty darn good! I just enjoy tinkering so I did it..... I am having an issue with sears hometown store in dodge city. I returned a refrigerator on 7/16/14 and the manager Jeff hasn't refunded my money as of 7/31/14. I have left three messages and called many times, the manager Jeff has yet to call me back or accept one of my calls. I have no clue what the problem is? So far I have filed a better business bureau complaint, fraud/ billing dispute with visa, and a dispute with sears home office. If I see no resolution, or at least a call back, I guess I will be calling the police an... read more
